Here at Malls Tiles, customer service is important to us, and we are therefore a registered participant with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), who oversees complaints regarding the Consumer Protection Act.

If we don’t resolve your complaint within 15 Business Days, you are entitled to approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
